Capabilities

Our capabilities include; up to 5 axis CNC machining and CNC Swiss machining services for the medical device and implant industry, contract services, and production with capabilities of handling turned parts up to 14.5" in diameter x 31" in length and a cube size of 40" x 20" x 20" on milled parts up to 5 axis. We provide the unique precision required by the medical device manufacturers capable of maintaining high tolerances. Production volumes include low to high volume production runs.​

​Our services include High-speed CNC machining utilizing CNC turning, CNC Swiss, and CNC 3/4/5 axis machining centers. MSP manufactures burr-free tight tolerance parts from all types of metals; such as aluminum, stainless steel, titanium alloys, and plastics. We provide the unique precision required by the medical device industry with software support for SolidWorks, Spaceclaim,  and Mastercam. We utilize our MRP system, E2 by Shoptech, for job tracking. MSP conforms to the Code of Federal Regulations, Title 21, Chapter I - Food and Drug Administration, Department of Health and Human Services, Subchapter H - Medical Devices, Part 820 - Quality System Regulation.
